Have you ever noticed how, no matter what state you visit, or what country you visit for that matter, that people will say, if you don’t like the weather wait 5 minutes it’ll change. I for one have noticed it, I’ve lived in 5 states and 4 other countries and they have said it in every one of those places.
Can it be that the weather in these places is so unusual that it changes radically every 5 minutes or is this just a saying in all parts of the world? I would have to say that it’s probably the latter, or it would be on the news daily and people would study it in school.
